1. 概要 Overview
VocaSeek is an AI-powered language learning assistant that helps users practice and remember vocabulary.
VocaSeek 是一款 AI 語言學習助手，協助使用者練習與記憶單字。
2. 訂閱條款 Subscription Terms
VocaSeek offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions unlock additional features and are charged on a recurring basis.
- Monthly Plan: $4.99/month
- Annual Plan: $39.99/year
All payments will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
VocaSeek 提供免費與進階付費版本。訂閱將於確認購買時由 Apple ID 或 Google Play 帳號扣款，且會自動續訂，除非在計費週期結束前至少 24 小時取消。
您可在 Apple ID 或 Google 帳號設定中管理或取消訂閱。
3. 無免費試用 No Free Trial
VocaSeek does not offer a free trial, but a free version of the app with limited functionality is available.
本應用不提供免費試用期，但使用者可使用功能有限的免費版本。
4. 單字卡同步功能 Vocabulary Card Sync
VocaSeek provides cloud-based saving and syncing of vocabulary cards to help users manage learning progress across devices. Use of this feature requires an internet connection and a valid login account.
本應用提供單字卡雲端儲存與同步功能，使用者可跨裝置記錄與管理學習進度。需登入帳號並連接網路方可使用此功能。
5. 退款政策 Refund Policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for partially used periods. Any requests for refunds must be handled directly with Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
所有付款皆屬最終交易，我們不提供部分訂閱期間的退款。如需退款請直接依照 Apple 或 Google 的退款流程辦理。
6. 使用限制 Usage Restrictions
You agree not to misuse the app in any way, including but not limited to:
- Reverse engineering or copying app content
- Sharing or reselling subscription access
- Using automated tools to access content
您同意不得濫用本應用程式，包括但不限於：
- 對應用進行反向工程或抄襲
- 轉售或共用付費帳號
- 使用自動化工具批量存取內容
7. 服務變更 Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to update or remove features at any time. Significant changes will be notified in advance via app updates or email.
我們保留隨時修改或終止本服務之權利。若有重大變更，將透過應用更新或電子郵件通知您。
8. 法律適用 Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). In case of disputes, the Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.
本條款適用中華民國（臺灣）法律。若有爭議，以臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
